TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Bruno Mars has added a fourth Sydney show to his upcoming The Romantic Tour in Australia after tickets for his previously announced dates were snapped up within minutes amid overwhelming demand.
The newly added show will take place on March 9, 2027, at Accor Stadium, one day after the third Sydney date on March 8. Tickets went on sale shortly after the additional date was announced on Friday, as fans flooded Ticketmaster for the general sale.
According to Nine Australia, the move came after tickets for Mars' first two Sydney shows, scheduled for March 4 and 5, were almost exhausted within minutes of the sale opening at noon.
By 12:06 p.m., Ticketmaster told fans that only single-digit ticket allocations remained for the first two dates. Buyers were then directed toward the newly added March 8 show, which had been introduced following strong demand during the presale.
That show was also selling rapidly. By 12:50 p.m., Ticketmaster announced the fourth Sydney date, with tickets going on sale just 10 minutes later.

More Bruno Mars Shows Added Across Australia
The additional Sydney date follows a broader expansion of Mars' Australian tour.
The singer initially announced six stadium shows across Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Promoter Live Nation later added five more dates following heavy demand during the presale.
Sydney was not the only city to see tickets disappear quickly.
In Brisbane, general sales for Mars' two shows at Suncorp Stadium opened at 1 p.m. Within 15 minutes, Ticketmaster said both dates were nearly sold out. No further Brisbane show had been announced at the time of the report.
In Melbourne, general sales opened at 2 p.m. Ticketmaster warned fans just eight minutes later that the February 19 and 20 shows were close to selling out.
Fans were directed toward additional shows on February 23 and 24, but those dates also had limited availability by 2:50 p.m. No further Melbourne shows had been announced.
Why Is Demand for Bruno Mars So High?
The Australian ticket rush follows a record-breaking response to Mars' international tour.
His tour dates across North America, Europe and the United Kingdom generated more than 2.1 million Ticketmaster ticket sales in a single day, setting a single-day sales record for Live Nation.
Mars will bring his The Romantic Tour to Australia in February 2027, starting in Perth before moving through Melbourne and Brisbane and concluding in Sydney in March.
The tour marks his first major Australian stadium run since the 24K Magic World Tour in 2018. He returned to Sydney for two shows in 2022, but several other Australian cities were not included on that tour.
With additional dates already being added and tickets selling rapidly, Mars' Australian leg is shaping up to be one of the country's biggest concert events of 2027.
